Greater Centennial Federal Credit Union (GCFCU) is a credit union located in Mt. Vernon, New York, which is just north of the Bronx in Westchester County. As a faith-based credit union, Greater Centennial FCU was established in 1969 to serve the congregation of Greater Centennial A.M.E. Zion Church, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Belvie Holland Jackson, Jr. and with support from church members.
Today, Greater Centennial FCU serves over 80 members. To meet their financial needs, the credit union works diligently to increase assets, expand its membership, make high-performing loans and offer competitive rates. GCFCU also strives to develop and strengthen the financial literacy of its membership and the broader community, offering Financial Literacy/Empowerment Workshops, which are open to both members and non-members.
